Bring the case together
Upload documents, scanned files, photographs and other case material. Emails can also be forwarded into the case.
CG processes the available material so the case can be analysed as a whole rather than as disconnected files.
Understand the evidence
CG identifies facts and connects them with the evidence supporting them.
The Evidence Viewer lets the legal team move between the analysis and the original source material.
Analyse the case
The system works through defined stages including verified facts, legal categorisation, research, drafting and adversarial review.
Different processes check work produced during earlier stages rather than relying on a single AI response.
Challenge the analysis
The lawyer can ask why a conclusion has been reached, request supporting evidence or raise a query where further information is required.
Where the system cannot substantiate something from the case record, it should not present it as established fact.
Control progression
Important stages require deliberate approval. Gates, queries and approvals prevent a case progressing simply because an automated process has finished.
The history records what happened, what was reviewed, who approved it and when.
