Ember Claims combines the technology developed by Claim Guardians with FCA-regulated legal services provided through Meridian Legal Services. This allows suitable cases to progress from detailed claim preparation through to specialist legal representation where appropriate.
By organising evidence, analysing documentation and preparing structured case materials before legal work begins, cases can be progressed more efficiently while maintaining the professional standards expected for formal complaints, pre-action correspondence and legal proceedings.
If, during the course of your claim, we believe legal representation is the most appropriate option, we'll explain the process and, where suitable, introduce you to Ember Claims. Any legal services are provided under a separate agreement with the relevant regulated legal practice.
